I have the same issue on an eMachine ELG.

A search of that file name finds nothing. Debleena S Replied on May 28, negworking Hope this helps – I searched everywhere for a solution to this problem and finally stumbled on to this myself.
I cannot seem to find the answer. Something in windows is whacked. It will take a few seconds for your Internet connection to re-establish after coming out of Sleep mode, but it beats having to reset the network adaptor. The netwogking has returned, but not after a Vista nvidia nforce networking controller update or any other change.

Everything has been working since last December until a most recent Vista update nvidla down and now I cannot connect to the internet. This occurred after installing Vista updates. Restore a driver to its previous version http: I even tried installing a wireless usb network device vista nvidia nforce networking controller it also will not connect to the internet.
